We encourage it. Being there lets you see issues firsthand and ask questions on the spot, and Mark is happy to explain what he's looking at as he goes. If you can't make it, he'll walk you through the findings afterward — and he's available by phone when questions come up later.
Yes. Along with standard home inspections, SP&D offers radon testing, mold inspection and testing, indoor air quality testing, water quality testing, asbestos testing, infrared thermal imaging and sewer camera inspections. Many clients add one or more of these to their home inspection.
Yes. Qualifying inspections include a 90-day home warranty and a 5-year roof leak warranty, giving you added peace of mind after you move in. Mark will go over the details when you schedule.
